More than a home, a haven.

Monarca will be a 50-acre affordable rental housing development of 179 three- and four-bedroom homes, planned for Immokalee, Florida that will serve the low socioeconomic population in this region.

Nuestra Señora de la Vivienda Community Foundation is the developer of Monarca. The name honors Our Lady of Guadalupe, the Patroness of Mexico and the Americas. It is a Catholic title of Mary, mother of Jesus, associated with a series of five Marian apparitions in December 1531, in a suburb of Mexico City.

Our Lady represents a beacon of hope to thousands of residents of Immokalee.

Monarca is a philanthropic housing initiative between the Nuestra Señora de la Vivienda Community Foundation and the Pulte Family Charitable Foundation to build an affordable rental, single-family home community in Immokalee. This effort will be possible with additional funding from government agencies, corporate partners, private donors, family offices, and foundations.
