The Monarca neighborhood has been thoughtfully designed to give working families who serve in essential roles throughout Collier County more than just a new place to live. Across 50 acres in Immokalee, Monarca will include 184 quality two-, three- and four-bedroom rental homes, a welcoming Community Center, walking paths, green space, playgrounds and a beautiful five-acre lake. Homes will be arranged to encourage connection, safety and a true sense of neighborhood.

Monarca will also include a dedicated parking area for oversized vehicles and trailers—a practical feature that came directly from listening to families who rely on these vehicles and equipment for their livelihoods.
