A NEIGHBORHOOD DESIGNED WITH FAMILIES, FOR FAMILIES

The Monarca neighborhood has been thoughtfully designed to give working families who serve in essential roles throughout Collier County more than just a new place to live. And much of that design was informed by the people who know best what these families need—future Monarca residents themselves. Their experiences, ideas and feedback helped shape the kind of neighborhood Monarca will become.

Across 50 acres in Immokalee, Monarca will include 184 quality two-, three- and four-bedroom rental homes, a welcoming Community Center, walking paths, green space, playgrounds and a beautiful five-acre lake. Homes will be arranged to encourage connection, safety and a true sense of neighborhood.

Monarca will also include a dedicated parking area for oversized vehicles and trailers—a practical feature that came directly from listening to families who rely on these vehicles and equipment for their livelihoods.

Families will have room to grow. Children will have places to play. Residents will have access to resources designed to help them build a better life. From the homes themselves to the amenities surrounding them, Monarca has been shaped by the voices of the families it was created to serve.

Every part of Monarca has been planned with dignity, opportunity and community in mind.
