Monarca will answer that need by creating 184 new three- and four-bedroom rental homes for working families in Immokalee and throughout Collier County. These will be real homes, thoughtfully designed for the way families live—homes with enough room for children to grow, parents to breathe and generations to gather around the dinner table. Imagine a mother unlocking her front door after a long shift and knowing her children are safe inside. Imagine a father tucking his son into his own bed, no longer wondering how he will cover next month’s rent. Imagine children racing through the front door, dropping their backpacks and beginning their homework at a kitchen table in a home where they know they belong.

The families who will live here already give so much to Collier County. They serve our meals, teach our children, care for the sick, harvest our food and help build the communities the rest of us call home. They should not have to leave the county they serve—or sacrifice the well-being of their children—simply to find a home within reach. They have worked for this moment.
