Gloria Martinez Padilla is the Director of Workforce Partnerships and Business Engagement at The Immokalee Foundation. A lifelong resident of Immokalee, Gloria considers it one of the most beautiful and culturally diverse communities, and it will always hold a special place in her heart. She previously dedicated 44 years to RCMA, serving children and families throughout the community. Coming from a farmworker family and having experienced substandard living conditions firsthand, Gloria understands the challenges many families face. She is committed to building strong partnerships and expanding education, career, and workforce opportunities that help individuals and families achieve long-term success.
